How it works
You are immersed in an intensive 9 week program
- You meet with your Process teacher/licensed therapist once a week.
- Your group meets every Sunday afternoon or evening for nine weeks, plus several additional sessions. Meetings are either on Zoom or in person.
- Homework assignments at the end of each group session ask specific questions about your life, your history, and your adult self. This writing deepens the experience as you look back at what did and did not serve you in your childhood.
- Your teacher/therapist reads your homework in detail before your next weekly individual session via Zoom.
Group sessions are didactic (they provide information), and they are experiential, with guided visualizations. In this safe and nurturing environment, you can open emotionally to any sadness, pain and anger within. And with that opening, you will move forward with healing, finally becoming the functioning and happy person you were meant to be.
Why our theme is roses (and other flowers)
Human beings evolve like flowers.
When our emotional needs are tended to, and met,
We blossom into the beauty of who we truly are.
