Have you ever felt invisible or unheard by the world around you? I believe therapy is a place to let ourselves be seen, heard and most importantly understood in all of our glory, agony and authenticity. As the granddaughter of genocide survivors (Assyrian Seyfo), my practice is grounded in honoring our ancestors and healing the parts they never had the opportunity to. Being the cycle breaker is not an easy role to be donned, however on the other side of fear is freedom waiting to be discovered. Our work together is led by your personal wisdom and is met with my empathetic curiosity and compassionate directness. All parts are welcome, especially the ones we have been taught to cast away in disdain. To be your witness in this work is truly an honor.
